PhonetiCall Inc. is an outbound call and text messaging center. We provide business-to-business informational communication services on behalf of our clients. Our services may include voice calls, SMS text messages, and related outbound contact activities.
2. Consent to Call and Text
By providing your phone number to us, whether through a web form, client portal, or other means, you expressly:
- Consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from us at the phone number you provided;
- Understand that these messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or other technology;
- Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan;
- Confirm that the number you provide is a business or personally controlled number, and you have authority to provide this consent.
You can opt out of SMS or call communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or contacting us directly at info@phoneticall.net.
3. Client Responsibilities (If You Are a Client Submitting Contact Lists)
If you are a Client using our services to make outbound calls or texts on your behalf, you agree that:
- All contact information you provide to us, including phone numbers, has been lawfully obtained;
- The list includes only business contacts or recipients who have provided valid consent where required;
- You will honor all opt-out or do-not-contact requests and promptly notify us of any updates;
- You indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any legal claims, penalties, or damages resulting from your use of our services with non-compliant data.
4. Opt-Out and Do Not Contact Requests
If you receive a call or text from us and wish not to be contacted again, you may:
- Reply “STOP” to any SMS message;
- Request verbally during a phone call that your number be added to our Internal Do Not Call (DNC) list;
- Contact us at [Insert Contact Email] or [Insert Phone Number] to submit your request in writing.
We will process all opt-out requests within 30 days, as required by law, but will make commercially reasonable efforts to process them sooner.
5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, are the property of PhonetiCall Inc. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse this content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhonetiCall Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or communications. Our liability is limited to the extent of services paid for (if applicable) during the six (6) months preceding a claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego, CA.
