Sebio has 16 years of B2B marketing experience.  He helps businesses increase the power of their data, build demand for content or services, and drive revenue through telemarketing and socially sourced data.

Sebio has been actively involved with 938 projects since 2016, primarily audience marketing, lead generation, and political outreach. He has also been very involved in social data for the past 3 years, working with companies like PennWell publishing, Penton Media, and Winsight Media.

In his free time Sebio enjoys being active, playing and watching sports, and traveling. However nothing compares to spending time with his 2 young children.  He can often be found at the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, Legoland, Disneyland and California Adventure having fun with his kids.

Nathan Jaskot

Operations Director 

Nathan has been a technology professional for over 15 years. Primarily, his roles have focused around data. Nathan has seen and done it all (well, most of it).

Some of the companies Nathan has been with are the Department of Defense, Universal Studios, Hewlett Packard and AVG Inc. He has lead his data teams through rigorous audits such as PCI compliance, PHI compliance, Sarbanes Oxley and CMMI certification.

Some of the data systems Nathan has managed range from the very large (10 TB database systems with over 1 billion records) to the very high traffic (over 1 million transactions an hour). With this experience it gives him the ability to see the overall solution as well as the details to actually make it happen.

Nathan is an avid animal lover. He and his family spend time helping animals in need; through time spent, donations and rescuing animals (adopting them to their home).

Also, he LOVES watching professional soccer both locally and international.

Charles Wolfe

Call Center Manager

Previous to joining the Phoneticall team, Charles specialized in managing inbound Customer Care in both the banking and cell phone industries.  Much of the experience that he learned in these industries has transferred over to the Phoneticall team including effective agent coaching tactics, agent management, and vendor relationships

Since joining the Phoneticall team, he has spear-headed many projects in various industries with an emphasis on Lead Generation.  Charles is passionate about his work and drives toward success in both client satisfaction and customer value.  Charles looks forward to breaking into new industries that Lead Generation can provide value the companies and clients that he works with.  A proactive communicator, if there is an issue not only does he identify the problem but works with his colleagues to remedy the situation.

When not blazing the Lead Generation trail he enjoys spending time with his family and has been known to shred his guitar late Saturday nights.  (But not too late when the Chiefs play)

Shiv Goel

IT Director

Shiv Goel is the Lead developer at Phoneticall with extensive experience in SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS) and Microsoft MVC. He is an expert at smart services solutions in Data warehousing and business intelligence.

Shiv has built our proprietary web application which takes all of our SAAS dialer metrics and produces the comprehensive reports we need to optimize our calling and provide the maximum returns for our clients. This application also, manages our quality assurance scores and even ranks our agents to place them on the most appropriate campaigns to maximize their ability.

Shiv has also written the dynamic SSIS packages that produce our custom data exports for our clients.

Shiv has graduated with honors from Punjab University with a Masters Degree of Computer Application. He loves to play Cricket!  He also loves watching professional Cricket both locally and international.
